By installing the Count app or engaging our managed services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Count.
Count provides a Shopify app that installs a server-side conversion pixel for OpenAI Ads, along with optional done-for-you campaign setup and management services described on our Services page.
Paid plans and managed service packages are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Any performance guarantee (such as the 60-day CPA guarantee referenced on our Services page) applies only to accounts under active Managed Growth or Performance Partner engagements and is subject to the specific conditions agreed with you at onboarding.
You retain ownership of your Shopify store, ad accounts, and creative assets. Count retains ownership of its software, pixel technology, and any proprietary tools used to deliver the service.
Count is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, arising from use of the service.
You may uninstall the app or cancel services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Count after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
